No IPv4 assinged

I have an Xfinity modem/router and it is not receiving an IPv4 after they did maintenance today. It is receiving an ipv6, I can see it in the Gateway>connections>wan network menu but not an IPv4

if it helps I can access Google,YouTube, Facebook but no other websites.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I also have a similar situation.  On 20 July 2023 I a recv'd a phone txt msg from Xfinity about "working to enhance my network", but afterwards, I have No IPv4 traffic (as indicated by my pfsense dashboard). Please return my IPv4 traffic.

I have rebooted my NetGear CM1150V modem and my pfsense router/firewall device but no change.  My pfsense "WAN_DHCP" shows "Offline, "100% Packetloss".  Before the recent local Xfinity work, I had full IPv4 internet connectivity.

Please help . . . restore my IPv4 traffic/connection.  Thanks
