No internet
Received a call from Comcast tonight. I haven’t had internet for 10 days. He fixed it and then changed the name of my Wi-Fi while he was changing it my call got dropped and once again I have no Wi-Fi. I called and did the online stuff again to no avail

Are you currently using an Xfinity xFi Gateway? If so, you should be able to quickly and easily use the Xfinity App to add, change, or edit the WiFi Network Name and Password. Could you please visit our 'View and change your WiFi network name and password in the Xfinity app' support page and follow the steps to discover your WiFi information?
