I have no internet connection, WiFi stopped working suddenly

Do you have access to the Xfinity App? Does the Xfinity App show any information such as a service interruption, modem status such as offline/online? The Xfinity App is the main go-to app to check on the status of the Xfinity account, billing, and services.
