"No Data Connection" on One device

Hoping anyone can help because this is my last attempt to get this fixed before changing ISP...

I got a OnePlus 11 phone about 5 months ago, and ever since I bought it my home WiFi is working inconsistently with this phone.

While WiFi signal strength is at full, and the phone always displays being connected to my home WiFi, internet access actually comes and goes, being very unstable. When I go to WiFi settings, my home Internet just says "No Data Connection".

At first, I thought it was a phone problem. But after months of owning this phone, I noticed this is only happening with my home Xfinity's internet connection. The public xfinitywifi also works just fine, and every single other WiFi connection at work, public places, hotels, etc works just fine.

I already had a technician visit, he blamed it on the device, chat support fails to understand the issue and always tries to send me to Xfinity mobile support (but I don't have a phone contract with Xfinity), I even replaced my Xfinity modem yesterday and it worked perfectly until I went to bed. I woke up at 5am, and couldn't connect from 5 to 7. Now is back online. This is driving me crazy!

I am having exactly the same issue.

I also have a OnePlus 11G

I will add that I had the older black Xfinity router for a year and never had an issue.

It was only once they upgraded me to a newer white tower style router that this problem began

@user_txt3vw

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue. Thanks. The original poster has not returned. 5-month-old dead thread is now being closed.

For future reference, it is better to submit your own post as it creates a ticket to get help, and posting on someone else's older thread can delay getting help.
