I purchased Netgear Nighthawk CM3000 in April and have it connected to Netgear Orbi mesh system with motorola MOCA adapters. I upgraded to Nighthawk after getting 2GB plan from Xfinity. My system had been working fine until this week when I experience multiple dropped connections a day. I have reset the modem and the Orbi satellites with no improvement. I have not done a factory reset. I've logged into the modem and it is firmware version V6.01.04. I've seen some posts on here mention that this may be the issue. I do not know when it was updated to this version.I've put a copy of my most recent event logs below. Honestly I don't know how to interpret the logs. I am not really sure what my next step should be. Have a tech come out, switch back to my old modem, buy new cables. I only have xfinity internet(no phone or TV) so I don't have any cable splitters. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Almost all the event log entries point to a bad connection between the CM3000 and Comcast/Xfinity.
If you want to troubleshoot this yourself, please see Internet Troubleshooting Tips. If you can't find the problem or you'd rather have Comcast/Xfinity take care of it and an employee does not respond to your message here, call them at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or use one of the options on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/. It's not likely they can fix the problem remotely. If not, insist they send a tech out to identify the cause and correct it.
If the tech finds bad coax, splitters, amplifiers, or connections in your home (even if Comcast/Xfinity originally supplied them) you'll probably have to pay for the visit (approx $100) unless you have their Service Protection Plan ( https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/service-protection-plan, closed to customers that don't already have it). If the trouble is due to a faulty Comcast rental device or anything outside your home you shouldn't be charged.
