Nighthawk CM2050V speed issue

The last month I have noticed my speed downloading and uploading slowing down. Have done all the usual rebooting everything. I have Ubiquity home network and wi-fi which works great it is just the modem speed.

I have 1.2 gigabyte service upload is 40 mg I think. I am currently receiving 720 mb download and 30 upload

Is your issue with the new, faster upload speeds, or is the download speed likewise throttled somehow. The new upload is not in our market, and I'd like to add a CM2050V for the voice. Recommended? Thanks
