New Xfinity Customer. My account now looks deactivated.
I recently joined Xfinity in a move. Starting yesterday my internet looks online but I can't connect. When I open the app it says my account is deactivated and I have a pending charge of $0.00. When I disconnect the modem the issue persists.
At this point I'm going in circles with the digital assistant and phone line.
