Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Community Forum support page. We would be more than happy to assist in getting your new HP Envy Laptop. I see that you say it is able to connect to other wireless access points. Has this laptop been able to connect to your In-Home Network before or has it never been able to connect?
Have you verified if the correct wireless network name and wireless passphrase is correct as well? Let us know what steps you have taken so we can assist in getting your laptop connectivity to your In-Home Network. We hope to hear from you soon.
I too am having this issue with my HP Envy Window 11 laptop. It will not hold a connection to the network. However, I can connect it through my smartphone and access the internet. Seems to be an issue with the ipv6 DNS servers. What is the solution?
