New HP Envy laptop won’t connect to home network

We have a new HP Envy that won’t connect to the network. All of our other devices do. Will connect to other people’s networks, plus my iPhone hotspot, but not to our home network. I’ve reset the network adapters, ran all updates, and I’ve reset the network countless times. I’m at a loss. Anyone have ideas on how to solve?

@XfinityVictor​ this article doesn’t help me nor apply to my problem. I’m using an Xfinity router, not a third party. My new laptop can’t connect to your router nor service….
