NEW Gateway
So I recently upgraded my internet to more than a gig. Along with getting T.V. for my grandmother. However I go to active the Gateway. I proceeded until create a Unique name and password. BUT it tells me there is a problem and to try again later. I Just now tried it again after work and once again it didn't work.

Try calling 1-855-652-3446. That is their self-install device activation line.
