New Address Set-up
I transferred my account to my new address and set the date for today. I have followed the gateway set-up instructions and just get a blinking white light but no Internet. My phone auto connects to the wifi but says there's no Internet. So there is connection but no Internet and the app keeps failing when it's checking for Internet during the setup process.

If this is a new service / move in, the other end of the line has probably been disconnected from the Comcast feed. It's quite typical. You likely need a tech out to reconnect your premises to the active Comcast feed at the tap. You won't be able to activate the service if the line is not connected to the system. Good luck !
