Never received Amazon gift card for internet sign up

I signed up for Xfinity internet in the beginning of March. I have checked my incentive tracker multiple times and it shows the gift card was email on 6/27. I have checked the only email associated with my account and the spam for that email with no email or anything from Xfinity. I’ve chatted into Xfinity on the app and here on the forum everyday for the past 12 days to figure out what is going on with my gift card. They have no answer and just keep saying they’re opening another ticket. I need my gift card today or I’m cancelling all service with Xfinity. I’ve also filed a BBB complaint and an FTC complaint for fraud.
