Never ending network enhancement
I have been getting this message since April 21st. It's may 20th now. Everyday my service is spotty/intermittent during business hours.
As someone who works from home, this is beyond frustrating. I've had to purchase hotspot service on my cell carrier to access the internet consistently and do my job.
I drop during important zoom calls. For a month.
I'd like to find a human to speak with about this, and figure out what is going on, when will it be resolved, etc. Every time I call or use assistant, I am rebuffed by same message as below.

Hi, it's Xfinity Assistant.
As a reminder, we'll be doing work to enhance the network in your area starting tomorrow, [next day's date]. Work could begin as early as 6 a.m. and our teams will work as efficiently as possible to finish within the day. You can expect service outages at [MY ADDRESS ] during this time. We appreciate your patience and will text you when work is complete.

Network improvements can sometimes be over a course of time while items are fixed and adjusted.
