Network intermittent

Everyday for the last month starting at around 06:30 AM - 09:00AM my network is in and out.  I have run the test in the app and it is operating anywhere between 70 and 90 percent.  I have major packet loss on multiplayer games as well as accessing worksites while operating from home.  This same issue has also been happening in the evening starting around 04:30PM to 07:30PM. I can stream video but gaming and meetings are out.  Any idea what is going on?

@EG​ I have tried the recommendations on the site and the supposed live assistance where I asked questions and got no where.  The network actually went out in the middle of the tech assistance and 30 min lattice got a notification my network tested out fine.

Let's get some information on your network set up. What is the make and model of your gateway? Are you using a separate router from the gateway? Is this happening wired and on Wi-Fi? What troubleshooting steps have you done this far? Have you check our Xfinity Status Center website when this is occurring? As much information that you can give us without posting personal information like IP addresses, MAC address for example will be helpful. [Edited: Spelling and added Xfinity Status website to link]
