Network Damage Outage for 24 hours
Hi! I have had an outage due to "Network Damage" for close to 24 hours, and status is still "Under investigation" but I'm wondering what those mean and if there is a better answer than "as soon as possible" for possible reconnection time? Are there technicians working on a repair?

For future reference, if you ever receive confirmation that there is a service interruption in your area, our teams are already working on it. All information that is shared with customers is the same information that the frontline teams receive internally as well. Have your services been restored just yet?
