Netgear CM2050v isn't running current firmware and Event Log shows SW File corruption
I have a CM2050v
According to https://kb.netgear.com/000036375/What-is-the-latest-firmware-version-of-my-NETGEAR-cable-modem-or-modem-router, the current Comcast (Deployed Firmware) is version V10.01.03
My modem is running V2.01.03
In the Event Log for my modem This error appears repeatedly
SW upgrade Failed after download - SW File corruption
The command that precedes this is
SW Download INIT - Via Config file d11_v_cm2050vims_gigabit_c02.cm
Can someone at Comcast help my modem get correctly updated?
