Netgear CM2000 Modem is reporting "Downstream power is poor (10.6dBmV). The recommended level is between -10dBmV to 10dBmV"

Hello,

My modem is reporting that I have a poor cable connection with the following text "Downstream power is poor (10.6dBmV). The recommended level is between -10dBmV to 10dBmV"

I've noticed I have not been getting anywhere close to the 2GB download speed Xfnity has said. I have the Netgear Nighthawk CM2000 modem that goes to my ASUS ROG GT-AX11000.

I've copy & pasted the log from my Modem indicating the Poor Level connection below:

user_mms9f8 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the slow connectivity. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Did you try rebooting both the modem and router? Swapped ethernet cables? Or have you checked the coaxial connection on both ends (Wall plate and modem) to make sure it's tight and there's no damage to it?

@XfinityDilary​ Hello, I’ve rebooted the modem and router on several times now. I’ve also updated both devices to latest firmware. I’ve swapped Ethernet cables and coax cable. I checked the lines are secured firmly as well. Modem continues to read Poor Connection as stated in the above report.
