My Xfinity Upstream dies twice a day

My Xfinity upstream dies twice a day and it is annoying as reboot time is about 3-4 minutes. I would like to talk to a human as the service app sees I am working and I can't talk to anyone.

My normal upload speed is 39-41MB and when it dies it goes to 4-5MB forcing a reboot and often at a bad time for it to happen.
