Please exlain to me how to trouble shoot your system when you do not have internet (during the interuption).

That's a fair question. If your internet is only dropping for a minute or two at a time, it can be difficult to troubleshoot while the interruption is occurring. One option is to use the Xfinity app on your mobile device using cellular data, which can help you check for service interruptions, review your connection status, and access troubleshooting tools even when your home internet is unavailable.

Sure. I actually scheduled a technician to come to my house to find out the cause. See what will be found out if any. If it will continue, I will have to switch to AT&T fiber.

A technician came and replaced all coaxial connects on all incoming cables plus a filter. He blamed humidity for bad connections.

Now for couple of days no instructions. Recommend to do the same.
