That's a fair question. If your internet is only dropping for a minute or two at a time, it can be difficult to troubleshoot while the interruption is occurring. One option is to use the Xfinity app on your mobile device using cellular data, which can help you check for service interruptions, review your connection status, and access troubleshooting tools even when your home internet is unavailable.

Sure. I actually scheduled a technician to come to my house to find out the cause. See what will be found out if any. If it will continue, I will have to switch to AT&T fiber.
I completely understand. Scheduling a technician is a great next step to help identify what's causing the intermittent interruptions. We certainly hope the visit provides some answers and gets the issue resolved.
Please keep us posted on the outcome. If the issue continues after the visit, we'll be happy to help however we can.

That's great to hear!😀 We are so glad you got the help you needed to get your connection corrected. Hopefully, humidity will behave itself!
Is there anything else we can help you with regarding your internet connection or anything Xfinity product related?

A technician came and replaced all coaxial connects on all incoming cables plus a filter. He blamed humidity for bad connections.
Now for couple of days no instructions. Recommend to do the same.
