My upload speed on my Xbox series x is low and my latency is high. I need it fixed. I just got the xfi advanced security because they said it would fix the issue but it hasnt

1. Is your Xbox connected through Wi-Fi or Ethernet to the modem?

2. Do you have any additional devices connected such as a router, amplifier, extenders or splitters connected?

3. When did this all start?

4. Does this happen only when you're gaming?
