My Internet Speed

I just received an email with my monthly wifi stats. It stated that my actual download speed in 468 mbps and my actual upload speed is 40 mbps. I checked 5 other internet speed test sites to compare.  Each site shows that my download speed is at least 100 mbps less and my upload speed is at least 20 mbps less than what Xfinity says they are. Not surprised considering all of the issues that I have had with Comcast. They continued to provide inaccurate information.

user_ikmsev I would be reaching out if I were in your shoes too. WiFi is not going to give you the same speeds as you would if you tested via the ethernet cable. Have you had any better results with a cable connection?

The results that I found was with the cable and it was not even as much as they claim it to be with wifi.
