My internet keep dropping
I have called several times. Cannot get past the AI that is terrible and simple minded. My Internet keeps dropping. I’ve restarted my equipment several times and it’s still happening. It’s been an on going problem for a few weeks! I cannot even watch a tv program. I think it’s time to go to ATT. This is extremely frustrating. I’m paying for a service that’s junk.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Intermittent connections can be quite a bother especially if they interfere with watching a TV program while you’re trying to relax and catch up on shows.
