My internet is unstable every day from 9am to 10am

My internet connection drops at least a dozen times starting at 9am, it usually stabilized shortly after 10.  I have tested the speed/run all of the diagnostics available via the app and the assistant chat but no issues are identified.  I work from home and this is incredibly disruptive.  What can I do to resolve this issue?

My internet goes down around 9 am everyday. I have had a tech from xFinity replace the coax from the pole to my house and he said there is voltage on the coax. Question is: why does this happen at the same time everyday? There is no change to my electrical usage. I exchanged the modem and it still is happening.
