My Internet has been going down constantly for 6 days
We never had an issue since switching to Xfinity a year ago - then last week our modem started blinking orange - internet goes up and down CONSTANTLY all day long. I tried to hard reset it, still going up and down all day. Cant get a person on the phone, the BOT says earliest they can send a technician is OVER A WEEK. That is crazy. We tried everything suggested in the app, nothing worked. I work from home and this has paralyzed my ability to work. Help. Ironically I have been trying to make this post for an hour because I cant get to the internet.

I understand how important your services are to you as they are to me as I also to work from home full time and any service issues will cause a headache not only to not be able to assist my customers but prevents my kids from getting school work done and being entertained while I am working!
It does sound like everything that can be troubleshooted remotely has been completed which is why the app is scheduling an appointment. I will be happy to follow up after the appointment.
