My gateway blinks yellow and doesn’t connect

Gateway blinks yellow and doesn’t connect, so I cannot use my internet access

Did it ever work or is this a new install / move in ? If so, the other end of the line may have been disconnected from the live Comcast feed, so you may need a tech out to reconnect it to the tap. This is quite typical.
