Multiple Modem Error Messages (Sync Timing, T3 Time-out, Power Exceeds Value, etc...)

Hi, I need some help.  I have been having connections issues for what feels like most of the year now, and it seems to have gotten worse within the last couple months.  So far I have had 3 technicians out to my place with the latest suggesting that I bury my outside line.  These problems feel like they're getting worse by the day, and I am constantly breaking up during meetings for work.

To send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/peer-to-peer-chat

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.

      Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.

  • Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

  • Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it
