Motorola MT8733 randomly restarts

Hi Team,
I see few posts mentioning random restarts related to Motorola MT8733 modem+router combo, but there is not solution shared for the same.
I bought the modem+router 15 days back and have faced random restart twice. Once around 5:05PM and another one was today around 4:51PM.

Any solutions for this that anyone has tried and it works? Please share.

Hey there @user_bed7e2! Thank you for taking the time to reach out and being part of the Xfinity family. The Motorola MT8733 isn't one of ours, but I'd be happy to check everything from the Comcast side to make sure service isn't the issue. Have you had a chance to reach out to Motorola yet?

I am having a similar problem with the Motorola MT8733 Router. The 2.4 GHz Network is not reliable and disconnects throughout the day, while the 5 GHz network remains stable. This started to occur as I updated the speed to 1 Gb/s. Was there a conclusive answer with this thread as to what was the problem and whether or not there is a resolve?

I work from home and this is happening to me 2-4 times per day - even tried a new 8733 and no change -- escalated 2x ay Comcast/Xfinity and they put a trace/log on the line and don't see anything
Please help and/or escalate to someone who can help! - already messaged through peer to peer
