My internet speed is slow, 30MPS. I am
paying for 200MPS. I do not have a computer, only my smartphone. Can you please help me update my modem so I can get the download speed I am paying for?

Hey there! Our team can take a look into your account with the modem to see what we can do to help regarding your modem. We can check signals on our side and check the model.
To send the requested information:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
