Modem

Having problems with my modem. I call the automated Xfinity number. They run a modem check. They find errors. I unplug it wait then plug it back in. Call again. Still has errors on it. Also believe my call waiting isn’t working right. If I’m paying over $200 a month for cable, I expect the equipment should be working as well.
