Modem blinking orange and green

There was some services being done recently in our area and haven’t had an issue until today when my XB7 modem just started blinking orange and green lights. There have been moments when it’s solid white and solid red. I’ve tried power cycling the modem and made sure that all the connections were plugged in well but still no luck. I have an appointment for the 6th but waiting until then isn’t the most realistic. Thank you.
