MoCa won't show being enabled on gateway
My XB gateway's built-in MoCA keeps auto-disabling due to a background firmware conflict. I already have a physical PoE filter installed. I need an official Xfinity employee to open a ticket to whitelist my gateway profile so the cloud controller stops sending disable commands.
The MoCa was showing up as enabled until I attempted to disable it and it will not re-enable. I have a MoCa adapter in my bedroom with all the lights on, signal, connection etc. The issue is the gateway has MoCa disabled no matter what I do. I've had a tech come out and he had changed the splitter but was unable to answer my questions about why the gateway continues to show MoCa disabled. I'm becoming very annoyed with this. I should be getting 800mbs speed (which I was when MoCa was enabled on the gateway) but I only get 70mbs on wifi.
