microsoft teams

I have tried everything to fix this reoccurring issue with mircosoft teams. Every time I have a microsoft teams call, it will go out for 10-15 seconds and will say poor network quality but I have run every internet speed test under the sun and they all say my internet is 'very fast'. I am sitting within 10 feet of my router and I take every single device off of wifi every time I take a call and I am still having issues. I am about one more teams call away from going to a different provider as this is very disruptive to my daily work. I have read every forum post and all of them say to direct message xfinity but to do that you have to post first. So this is my post to see if I can get through to someone who can actually help the problem.

I can absolutely feel the frustration in this, and rightfully so. When you’re doing everything right—strong speeds, close to the router, even clearing other devices—and Teams still cuts out like that? That’s beyond frustrating, especially when it’s impacting your work. I’ve been there too, and it throws your whole day off.

First off, thank you for laying it all out clearly. You’ve clearly done your homework and tried all the right things, so let’s skip the basic troubleshooting and really dig in. Sometimes these kinds of hiccups can be tied to more specific things like packet loss, and latency spikes—not something speed tests always catch.

Our team would love to look further into this, so we can get you back up and running. Can you initiate a direct message and start with your full name and address? To start a direct message, you must be signed in. Please click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right of the page next to the bell, and send your message to "Xfinity Support". Talk to you there!
