Microsoft Teams Error Message - Hold on. Looks like Something went wrong. We're trying to get you back into the meeting.

For about a month, I have experienced this issue in almost every Microsoft Teams meeting I have joined (I work from home).  I'm in the meeting, I suddenly lose my connection and get a window that says " Hold on.  Looks like Something went wrong.  We're trying to get you back into the meeting."  After about 20-30 seconds, I am returned to the meeting.  This is very disruptive, I rely on xFinity for my job so I really need a solution to this problem.
