MacBook no longer connects to home wifi.
My MacBook suddenly stopped connecting to my home wifi, repeatedly saying it needs a wpa2 password. All other devices still connect to home wifi and the Mac happily connects to any other wifi network. Also when trying to connect to just the Xfinity wifi hotspot on the home router it reports ‘unable to join this network’. Apple have done a complete software check (remotely) and confirmed all is working as it should. Can anybody help me with this odd issue ?

Hey there, @user_ei7i7q, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Macbook connecting. Have you tried toggling the Wi-Fi connection on and off on the Macbook? Also, have you performed a restart on your modem by unplugging the device, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in to see if that helps?

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue. Thanks. The original poster has not returned. 4-month-old dead thread is now being closed.
For future reference, it is better to submit your own post as it creates a ticket to get help, and posting on someone else's older thread can delay getting help.
