Good morning @user_mrl35a, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. You have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. To add a device's MAC address to the modem, you can access the modem admin page by going to 10.0.0.1 and logging in with the default user ID and password if you have never used the admin portal. The default username is admin and the password is the one on the bottom of the modem. Once in the admin tool you can go to connection > WiFi > Manually-Addeded WiFi devices. You can also check though if the printer can connect via WPS, which is the physical button on the modem that looks like two arrows pointing at each other.
