My upload speed dropped from around 35Mbps to around 5Mbps.
I exchanged my modem at the xfinity store and that didn't fix it. What should I do next?

Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_8yj4vz. I understand how frustrating that must be. Especially after taking the step to exchange your modem and still seeing the same issue. I see EG offered a link with steps to start troubleshooting. Did that help?
