Losing Internet multiple times during day
I keep losing my COMCAST internet multiple times during the day . Somehow COMCAST knows when I am having the most important meeting. It makes internet totally useless for me at those times. There is no other competition in my area. I would be first one to ditch them once High Speed Internet through fibre hits my area. Really [Edited: "Language"] of at COMCAST.

I can understand the frustration with losing connection anytime, but most definitely when you have something important to do online. We would like to help get to the bottom of this and make sure your connection works well. When the service is down, are you seeing this reflected online as a known issue on the XFINITY app?
