Losing connection to service multiple times a day at random times

Hello, I have been having issues with my internet since I started the service. I purchased my own modem (arris s33) and router (asus rt-ax86s) I have found the modem will lose connection to the xfinity service, the only way to fix it immediately is to disconnect both the power supply and the coax cable and reconnect them otherwise the service will come back but after an hour or two. I have already contacted live chat about the issue and they said they will send "advanced signals" and that I will "not experience this issue for the near future" which it happened again within 12 hrs. I also had a service tech come out and take a look at my lines, he replaced some old lines to my house and everything out to the wires is brand new, still did not fix the issue. My thought is its either an issue with the modem itself or the service at my location. I will post my modem's event logs and channels. Luckily my issue just happened again in the time it took me to type this out so these logs should be fresh.

Just to confirm, do you have your modem connected to a power strip instead of directly into the wall as this can cause issues with the connection? Also, where is your modem located? @XfinityJeniece​ The modem is plugged directly into the wall. As for location it is in our home office room. The issue isn't getting connection to our WiFi router, it is the modem losing connection to the Xfinity service itself, my modem and wifi router are two separate devices.
