Latency

Has anyone been able to get a resolution to the high latency issues?? 

I think I’m going to cancel. You can’t even get a human it’s a constant merry go round

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message

 

Done. Although I doubt you will find a solution

Just tried to access some kind of tech support for this and couldn't make my way to a human and the automated agent thinks all is well. I've bene running a continuous ping test in the background and latency spikes every minute or two. I can't conduct video calls. log in here to see that it's a pretty widespread issue. @Xfinity Support what are you doing about this?
