I’ve had XFINITY for 20 yrs and its gotten worse than further other companies move forward i fps game an its ridiculous how bad the experience is …i don’t have any options in my area an tried numerous things to help with this problem any one have any options…shame is I spectated many games an watch how bad players are an how hard i have to play to compete

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the connection while gaming, as a gamer myself, I know how frustrating it can be when you are having issues during a heated match. You have reached the right team that can take a look at this for you. Are you only having issues while you are gaming? Is the device that you are gaming on connected via WiFi, or hardwired?
