Latency spikes (1000-2000ms) during work hours

My internet is showing poor latency during work hours. Hours-long periods with pings over 100ms, including packet loss and 1000ms+ times.

Throughput of uploads is also really bad. Having a hard time getting 10mpbs speeds up.

This usually goes away during non-peak times, though there are spikes of poor performance during off-peak as well.

Modem stats seem clean. Good power levels and SNRs.

I believe my upstream CMTS is congested, based on the evidence. How do I get this investigated?

@thavado Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. We'd want to start with the basics for troubleshooting. When the issue is occuring are you going through the troubleshooting options in the Xfinity app? Have you also tried unplugging the modem for 60 seconds and then plugging it back in? Are you using an Xfinity modem by itself with no router? Or do you have your own modem/router set up?

Yes I've done all those. I do have my own router, and am using the XB8 in bridge mode as a modem.
