I have a kindle fire HD. I have updated the software for the kindle, reset the device and modem. Airplane mode is off. The kindle connects to WIFI but says no internet. Anyone have the same issue?

Does your Kindle see the Comcast site?   How strong is the signal?

Hello, @user_75a596, I am sorry you can’t connect to Wi-Fi while using your Kindle Fire. I know this type of issue can be a headache. Have you tried resetting your modem and can any other devices in your home connect to Wi-Fi?
