Keep dropping from teams calls

Hi , I have the blast internet plan . I’m not a tech savvy person. I now work from home 100% of the time . I am on Microsoft team calls basically all day . I constantly freeze , robot and get dropped from teams calls- even the non video calls .  It’s getting to the point where it’s interfering w my job . Would upgrading my plan correct this issue ??I have prob 15 devices between phones , tvs , tablets etc connecting yo internet on daily basis .

I am having the same issue.  I called Xfinity and they reset my machine from their end, but still having the issue.  Has your issue been resolved?

Can you please send us a Private Message with your full name and address? Here are some instructions on how to do that in case you need them:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message

Why does this have to go private at this point ? That kind of defeats the purpose of a public help forum such as this is, no ?... They haven't even returned back here yet to confirm that they tried those tips that I gave them.... This is in keeping with the intent of what these public help forums were designed for so that all readers here may benefit.
