jitter and packet loss causing video call disruptions

I have had issues with video calls freezing since I "upgraded" my service ~3 months ago. Using various speed test apps I see some issues with Jitter and packet loss.

I was using an xfi modem/router (happens on the xfi router and my own mesh network). Recently I upgraded the router to a Netgear Nighthawk, and a new - Wifi7 mesh network and still have the same issues.

Can I talk to a human about this? I can't get routed to a human through the assistant.
