Issues with Epic Online Gaming Service

I’ve had SO MANY issues with connecting to Epic Online services for Fortnite and I thought it may be my account. My son is NOW having the same issues and he hasn’t had it happen before. He’s on a different console on a different TV. Process of elimination is the internet. Makes me think something on my router updated causing issues. I’ve tried to resolve it with Epic support to no availability. I’ve tried many things for my account and end up just frustrated. I’ve been with Xfinity for a very long time and I am about ready to switch. Constant issues with THEIR router and now this.

My friends haven’t even heard of this issue until now unless the epic servers are down. Nobody else has an issue besides those on my internet.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

@kevinlyle we want to ensure you can enjoy your online gaming experience without issue. Are you only having issues with Epic games specifically, or any other gaming services impacted? Is one specific game impacted, or multiple titles?
