Issues with claiming free xfi pods

I recently upgraded to the pro plan which includes a storm ready and up to 2 free xfi pods. The app says:

"Analysis of your WiFi shows an xFi Pod would help expand coverage in your home. Get one today, included with your internet.

Claim my Pod>"

I click on the link and get another screen that says:

"As part of your xFi Complete service, your Whole Home WiFi Evaluation determined that your home WiFi could use a boost. An xFi Pod can extend your network..." etc

I click Redeem Your Pod and get

Looks like you aren't eligible for this offer Don't worry, you can still purchase an xFi Pod to pair with you xFi Gateway. Shop Pods"

What in the world am I doing wrong?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@EG seeing as how automated chat, phone, and the forum all have done zero to help I think it is time to open an fcc complaint
