ISP Location Incorrect

I am unable to log in to the STARZ app (via Roku, mobile app, or website on my laptop). On the Roku and mobile apps, I keep getting an "Unsupported Territory" error followed by a "Correlation ID" that has a bunch of alphanumeric characters. On my laptop it is an infinite loop from the login screen back to the main STARZ homepage. I have talked to STARZ tech support multiple times, they say the issue is with my ISP and it is not registering within the US for me to watch anything. I am in Houston, TX and live in a connected community (the apartment I live in comes with Xfinity internet pre-installed and paid for with the monthly rent).

I have tried multiple times to power cycle my router and also uninstall the app from my phone, Roku player, and also have used different browsers on my laptop, and cleared cookies, history and cache. The ONLY thing that worked is when I downloaded a VPN and then also set it to Houston, TX, then STARZ worked on my laptop and phone but I have no way to enable the VPN on my Roku player, and the main way I watch streaming services is through that.

All the websites I use to look up my own IP address show me in Houston the overwhelming majority of the time which is correct, sometimes in California or New York, but always in the US, so I don't know what the issue could be.

Not sure what else to do or who can help me, STARZ tech support is out of ideas and keep telling me to contact Comcast for their Xfinity tech support team to get my geolocation resolved.

Can you get Starz to tell you what Geolocation service they use?  Whatever service they use is probably who you will need to contact to get a correction.

I didn't know there were actual geolocation services, I will reach back out to them now, thank you for that knowledge!

Great advice, @strega7. We do have this link with more information as well : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/correct-geolocation-data

If Starz is not able to give you an exact service, we would recommend you try the ones listed, @wolverine365.
