Is XFinity blocking some AWS IPs?

I cannot play eFootball for a month. The game cannot connect to any online mode. Is XFinity blocking some AWS IPs? eFootball doesuse lots of AWS EC2s. If I switched my PC to use Verizon, everything works properly.

Hey there, @KFPanda

I do not see anything specific to blocking of AWS IP's, but any blocking would be addressed with Comcast Customer Security Assurance.

@XfinityTravis

When I use Xfinity, the game cannot connect to the game's update server and the ip address is 26:90:be20:f6:100:d27c:80ce:2100

Can anyone from Xfinity have a check if they can connect when they are using Xfinity network in WA. I tried to contact customer service and they are all in India.
