Is My Signal OK?

All of My connections are on WiFi.  I have to renew my laptop connection to WiFi at least daily and I am experiencing regular drop outs on my VPN since I have tarted my service with Xfinity.  I have tried both 2 Gig and 5 Gig connections. I have moved my router and modem for a better WiFi signal. I have no splitters in line with my modem.  I have installed a cooling fan to cool my router (TP Link AX3000 WiFi 6). I have cleaned the cache on the VPN and re-booted everything numerous times.  No channel interference with my router. Xfinity wiring from the ground box-pedestal  was unused for over two years.  My Netgear CM100V2 modem is experiencing sync timing and ranging errors.  I am learning as I go but the modem errors seem to me to be concerning. I appreciate any help or further advise with this matter as I am exploring new territory for me.

Here are readings from my modem:
